The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They even provided us with an extra room to dry our ski clothes, which was a lifesaver. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast spread had everything we could think of, which was a great way to start each day. We also enjoyed seeing the rare lynx nearby.
Our wooden building got quite cold during the evening and at night, despite the radiator being set to the maximum. It wasn't the most comfortable sleeping experience, but we managed.

We even had the rare opportunity to spot a lynx! the hotel's location was ideal, with the border and ski tracks within a 10-minute drive.
the wooden building we were in tended to get cold during the evening/night, even though we had the radiator on the highest setting.
